We deliver anywhere within South Africa. Unfortunately, we can't deliver to Mars yet, but we're working on it. Stay tuned!

What is the return policy for Grow Pro products?

If your package arrives looking like it had a rough night out, notify us within 48 hours. For non-damaged but unwanted items, you have 7 days to change your mind. Just remember, the return shipping is on you!

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number faster than you can say “Where’s my package?” Just use the number to follow your order’s journey.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

If you act quickly, yes! Contact us ASAP, and we’ll see what we can do. Once it’s out the door, though, it’s out of our hands (literally).
